Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

For hygienic products (e.g., jewelry, intimates), returns are accepted only if unused.

We offer two refund options:

Store Credit (Gift Card) – issued immediately after approval, never expires, and can be used on any product.

Original Payment Refund – returned to your payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued if:

The request is made after the 14-day period.

The item was damaged due to misuse.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
